Food Truck - Félix & Léonie

In my last semester of Technical Degree, we had to answer a call for tender during my « Business game » class. We had to create a concept around the sausage to make it more attractive to young people. We then worked on this project in a team of 3 students. Our concept consisted in importing the hot dog in France while Frenchizing it to make it a gourmet dish. The heart of our concept was the possibility to compose your own hot dog with organic and PDO products.

We then had to create the graphic charter of our chain of food trucks (with settings and packaging) but also a website. We also chose to make a motion design video to present the concept.

A Facebook page was created, for which we made several visuals and we organized a contest (to choose a new sausage taster for our menu).

The whole project was done in a very limited time.
We presented it to a jury composed of teachers and a caterer from Toulon.  We then won the Jury’s Choice prize.
